FOOD SAFETY POLICY:

To provide definition, evaluation and control of all the dangers we may face from material and equipment acceptance to the arrival to the customer, eliminating them by defining all the inputs and processes of food safety in our production.

To provide production of products which have no physical or chemical contamination and will not cause any harm to human health.

To perceive domestic and international market expectations, follow all the technological improvements and safe products which fulfill these, and produce in accordance with international food regulations and laws, with maximum efficiency and time, according to customer conditions.

ALLERGEN MATERIAL POLICY :

Food allergens vitally affect the lives of sensitive customers consisting of 5-6% of children, 1-2% of adults in our country. As Ürün Agricultural Products, such a serious threat is being defined and controlled starting from our suppliers to every phase of production area and until the product reaches our customers.

Allergen materials are defined separately in storage areas and in production area, the sanitation program is applied separately to them, and in final product labeling, they are defined and customers are being informed.

It is not possible that allergen material proteins can contaminate any other product during production. Our firm is sensitive in this issue and all the required operations are applied.

GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOOD MATERIALS POLICY:

It is possible that the genes transferred through genetically modified organisms (GMO) may spring to natural plant species and cause loss of genetic variety in their environment, cause deviations in natural structures of wild species and distort species dispersion and balances in ecosystem.

While such a threat is present in the world, as Ürün Agricultural Products we reject GMO products which can change the system totally and disarrange the world with the health problems it may cause and will make the ecology and humanity pay a price in the future that is yet unknown.

Therefore no genetically modified food product can enter or be produced in Ürün Agricultural area.

We hope that all food producers take this issue seriously and we feel debted to leave a better world to the future generations.
